Landscape Crew Leader
Palmer’s Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our growing team. In this leadership role, you will supervise a landscape crew and ensure the efficient, high-quality completion of landscape installation, renovation, and maintenance projects.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating a team while maintaining company standards and producing professional results.
We are a professional landscaping company equipped with modern, well-maintained equipment—including a mulch blower—allowing crews to work efficiently and focus on quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of a landscape crew

Plan, organize, and prioritize daily tasks to ensure efficient workflow

Lead and participate in landscape renovations, installations, trimming, planting, mulching, and general maintenance

Oversee landscape projects from start to completion
-
Train crew members on proper techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures
-
Monitor work quality and ensure adherence to company standards

Conduct site inspections to identify maintenance needs or improvements

Manage equipment usage, inventory, and report repair needs
-
Communicate with management regarding job progress, scheduling, and performance

Safely operate trucks, trailers, and commercial landscaping equipment
Required Qualifications

Proven leadership or crew supervisor experience

Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, plants, and installation techniques

Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to delegate tasks and manage crew productivity

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Valid driver’s license required

Palmer’s Lawn Care Inc. is seeking a dependable Lawn Maintenance Laborer with at least 1 year of lawn care experience to join our growing team. We provide professional lawn and landscape services throughout Brunswick, Strongsville, Medina, and surrounding communities.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and has experience operating commercial lawn equipment.
Responsibilities
• Perform weekly lawn maintenance on residential and commercial properties
• Operate commercial mowing equipment including stand-on and walk-behind mowers
• String trimming, edging, and blowing off hard surfaces
• Maintain clean and professional job sites
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete routes on schedule
• Follow company safety procedures and equipment guidelines
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year lawn maintenance experience required
• Experience operating commercial lawn equipment preferred
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable transportation to our Columbia Station shop
Landscape Installation Laborer

Responsibilities
• Assist with landscape renovation and installation projects
• Plant trees, shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses
• Install mulch, edging, and decorative stone
• Assist with hardscape installations including pavers, patios, and retaining walls
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
• Provide professional and respectful service when working at client properties
Requirements
• 1+ year of residential or commercial landscaping experience required
• Experience with hardscape or landscape installation is a plus
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and motivated
• Ability to work well in a team environment
